How to quit smoking

First of all, list all the facts make you consider quitting.
Prepare yourself for the decision. Besides focusing on social responsibilities,
find good personal reasons. Get more liquid, go training. Improve your physical
fitness. If you smoke more frequently at work, at weekends don’t. Start smoking
the brand you dislike. Try to smoke only half of each cigarette. Smoke your
first cigarette of the day one hour later than you normally do. Keep every
fag-end and put all of it in a glass vase to have a concrete evidence of what
smoking really is about. Hide all lighters and ashtrays in your house. See a
dentist. After quitting, visit no smoking areas such as library, museum theatre
more often for a couple of days. Drink more water and fruit juice instead of
coffee or the other drinks which makes you think of smoking.
